Brian gained valuable recording experience in the Osmond Studios in Orem, Utah in the 1980’s. He also busked in Boise, Idaho and performed as a Solo acoustic guitarist and vocalist while attending college.

His passion for music technique and nuance led him to classical forms of European fingerstyle guitar. Brian studied fingerstyle guitar with Peppino D’Agostino and Adam Rafferty, two of the top acoustic guitarists in the world from 2017 - 2023. He studied songwriting with David Wilcox, famous songwriter who has written songs for many famous artists including K.D. Lang and Shawn Colvin. He studied for three years with world renowned vocal coach Annabelle Marie, Director of Voena, a world famous children’s choir. Brian performed on stage with Adam Rafferty at the First Street Cafe in California in 2018, and performed in the Sapphire Room, one of the top blues venues in the Western United States in 2024.

Today, he performs as a multi-instrumentalist, covering classic Rock n’ Roll and Blues from the 1950s through the 1980s, along with original music accompanied by his unique voice.

I have been a vocal coach for 30 years. When I heard Brian sing, I was taken with his unique timbre which is so special, standing out from the populace of singers out there! He is one of the rare few who possesses a voice all his own that is unforgettable and not to be missed!
